Biography
Extensive litigation experience in land use and environmental law representing in a wide variety of administrative and judicial forums. Litigation on environmental issues has ranged from complex litigation with statewide implications involving over a dozen state agencies, several federal agencies, and numerous local jurisdictions across the state to litigation involving single sites within a single jurisdiction.
Advising individuals and organizations on comprehensive planning, development regulations, and enforcement of land use laws.
Frequent lecturer at continuing legal education seminars on land use and environmental law.
